Contrast: A Nordic Spa – No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Contrast: A Nordic Spa (“Contrast”) is committed to providing exceptional wellness experiences for all guests. To ensure availability and fairness in scheduling, we have established the following No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy for all appointments, including Sauna & Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy sessions, at our Highland, Utah location.

  1. Definitions
    • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice of cancellation.
    • Late Cancellation: Cancellation of a scheduled appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice before the appointment start time.
    • Appointment: Any booked session, including individual, membership, or Corporate Pass sessions, for services offered by Contrast.
  2. No-Show Fee
    • A fee of $25.00 will be charged to the guest’s account or payment method on file for each No-Show occurrence.
    • This fee applies to all appointments, regardless of whether the guest is an individual, a member, or part of a Corporate Pass program.
    • Guests will be notified of the No-Show Fee via email or through the Contrast Utah app (available at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/contrast-a-nordic-spa/id6740346044).
  3. Late Cancellation Fee
    • A fee of $5.00 will be charged to the guest’s account or payment method on file for each Late Cancellation occurrence.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment start time to avoid this fee.
    • This fee applies to all appointments, including those booked by individuals, members, or Corporate Pass participants.
    • Guests will be notified of the Late Cancellation Fee via email or through the Contrast Utah app.
  4. Payment of Fees
    • No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file within 48 hours of the missed or late-canceled appointment.
    • For Corporate Pass accounts, fees will be charged to the company’s account and invoiced monthly unless otherwise arranged.
    • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of booking privileges until the account is settled.
  5. Cancellation Process
    • Guests may cancel appointments through the Contrast Utah app, the website (www.contrastutah.com), or by contacting Contrast directly at (385) 339-1376 or info@contrastutah.com.
    • Cancellations are effective only when confirmed by Contrast via email or app notification.
  6. Exceptions
    • Contrast reserves the right to waive No-Show or Late Cancellation Fees at its sole discretion in cases of documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. Guests must submit a request for waiver within 7 days of the fee assessment, including relevant documentation, to info@contrastutah.com.
    • Fees will not be waived for recurring No-Shows or Late Cancellations without sufficient justification.
  7. Policy Acknowledgment
    • By booking an appointment with Contrast, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy.
    • Corporate Pass clients must ensure all authorized users (e.g., employees or executives) are informed of this policy, as fees will be charged to the company account.
  8. Modifications to Policy
    • Contrast reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on www.contrastutah.com and communicated to guests via email or the Contrast Utah app.

Dress Code Policy

Contrast: A Nordic Spa (“Contrast”) is dedicated to maintaining a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests at our Highland, Utah location. To ensure a hygienic and inclusive experience, we have established the following Dress Code Policy for all guests utilizing our facilities, including Sauna & Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy sessions.

Dress Code Requirements

Swimsuits: All guests are required to wear appropriate swimsuits during Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions and in all communal areas of the spa. Swimsuits must be clean, well-fitted, and suitable for a wellness environment.

Compliance: Guests not adhering to this dress code may be denied access to facilities or asked to leave without refund.
